Using this heater you can expect the water to warm to approximately 6 degrees above the ambient room temperature. The flexible fitting system allows you to choose where in the tank you place it, whether that be under the gravel at the bottom of your tank, tucked away in your filter or on the side of your aquarium, wherever you place it, the neat flat design is super discrete.
