We are proud to introduce the U2 Underwater Aquarium Filter by Fluval. This is a filter that is perfect for small to medium sized aquariums and is easy to set up, sitting just inside of the aquarium itself and can be istalled into any fish tank without any annoying pipes or hoses.
They even work well as a powerhead to assist in water circulation with the added bonus of added filtration. The filter consists of a three stage filtration process, it assists with the removal of fine particles, chemicals and odours. The filter has a convinient quick flip top to allow you to gain easy access to the filter for maintenance and media changes and even features and adjustable flow to allow you to position the water flow output to meet your specific needs.
The output of the filter is gentle and even flow as a result of the integrated spray bar which is perfect for planted aquariums
You can use this filter in the horizontal position for shallow tanks, larger tanks with low water levels or to create a decorative waterfall feature
You can use this filter in the vertical position to create currents or customised flow patterns
We recommend changing the filter cartridge once every month
